Meyers Connection: Birthday Time

Last month… yes, I am behind… was Camree's 2^nd birthday.

These are the day of high fashion and glam. What better way to celebrate than with a big sunglasses cake. You may notice the bling around her arm. It is a very important part of the outfit. And she will show it to you any chance she gets. Of course she will expect you to tell her "Your so cute". If you don't she will say "cute" until you do.

And she got her own set of sunglasses. She might look more glamorous if she didn't have to hold them to her face for them to stay up.

And just in time for the Terrible Two's… she found her ATTITUDE… at least towards her clothes. She is very picky!! I tried to get her dressed the other day and we went through a half dozen outfits. Each one caused a huge tantrum. She knew what she didn't want to wear. She just couldn't figure out what she did want to wear. And then there are the pajamas. She loves the once piece pajamas with the zipper on the front. She loves how easily the zipper goes down and the pajamas come off. At first it was just the pajamas without the little flap that covers the zipper at the top. A piece of duct tape fixed that problem. But now it is every zippered pair of pajamas. She has got them all figured out.

Camree has such nice brothers. They are so willing to open her presents for her. She doesn't have to worry about any of that. A pink computer and vacuum for her birthday? Who knew those toys could keep boys from 3-10 so engaged? They were happy to show Camree HOW to play with her toys, but did they really have to share them with her?

Cale

Cale turns four on May 12th. To date, he has had 2 of the 3 birthday parties. One at Gma/Gpa Byerly's, one at Gma/Gpa Meyers' house, and one at our favorite local restaurant.

Cale is into Monster Trucks. At what better than a monster truck cake. And he even got to keep the monster truck that was on the cake J

Again, the big brothers were more than willing to help. Carter took his turn. Notice Cale wore his "Birthday Boy" shirt to remind his brothers whose birthday it really was.
